Despite what you might imagine this is a very pleasant Rymans league ground. The ground is situated outside the town and is surrounded by fields and woodland in a most attractive setting. To me the pleasure of going to the non-league grounds is very often that they do have interesting settings.
There is along one side of the pitch a small main stand. Next to it is covered
terracing. Along the other side there is covered terracing with a few seats inserted in the middle part of the stand. Behind each goal are small areas of covered terracing fairly identical. The ground also has enough parking spaces to meet
average needs. As of the 2002-3 season Billericay share their ground with Chelmsford from the Doc
Martens league who claim a decent crowd attending despite there being about 9 miles between the two towns.
There is some talk of a new ground for Billericay but I do not think that this will materialise before a few more seasons.
