Bradford and Bingley stadium

This is the old Valley Parade and in my opinion the most charasmatic ground in the UK. Why you ask? It is comprised from essentially 3 very different stands that each appear to come from separate era. The massive new stand that effectively envelops 2 sides of the ground, pays tribute to their brief sojurn in the premiership. From the outside it looks like a huge tin can and is even complete with various huge dents! The other 2 stands are not so remarkable but very interesting to look at. The ground is next to a huge valley, and the stand on that side rather overhangs the road and to me it is interesting that planning permission is given! The remainder of the ground is surrounded by streets of small houses that ooze lovely curry smells and the playground behind the symphony stand has painted cricket stumps next to the goal! As one approaches the ground you can see it on the distant hill. A proper ground. Finally it has the biggest club shop in the UK (surely?) with a cafe that serves excellent food. If you are anywhere nearby go and have your lunch/breakfast here!!
