For some reason there are two combined counties league teams in Chessington. If anyone knows why they are free to mail me and tell me.
This team is based almost opposite Chessington world of Adventures. There will certainly be some adventures in 2002-3 season when AFC Wimbledon come to town as they will bring maybe 2,000 fans or more and as the entrance to the ground is off the main A 243 road down a dust track, parking options will be interesting! Average crowds I would guess are around 50-100 maximum. At this level it seems that most teams have no stands ( well there is a small corrugated piece of metal under which maybe 20 people could huddle) and the basic requirement is that there is white railings around the outside of the pitch. A small clubhouse exists in the corner of the ground.
