Runnymede Stadium

A pleasant though well hidden ground. One of those grounds that however hard you look for the floodlights you will never find as it is hidden away down a small residential street. There is a small main stand with some open terracing next to it. Behind each goal there are small stands. One goal is covered terracing and the other has a few seats in it but the seats look terminally damaged ( as would be the occupants if they sat on them!!. You can see in the photos what I mean). The other length of the pitch has more covered terracing and indeed with a little more setaing this ground could easily host football of a higher standard. The atmosphere here is nice and I was very kindly allowed into the ground to take some photos by a gentleman in the clubhouse whom I believe may be the chairman.
