The Grove

A decent ground indeed. Built in the style of a min-league ground. There is a main stand the “Harry Rudge” stand built in 1987. Behind one goal is a curious old stand comprising of covered terracing that was built in 1952 with a grassy bank that leads up to it.. The other two sides have an excellent terraced area that in effect creates a huge L-shape area of terrace.
I am told that this is just about the oldest stadium in the West Midlands and has a capacity of 5000. In 2004-5 they will play in the Southern league thus effectively two divisions below the main conference.
