A premiership ground but really more like an old fashioned Division one ground from 10 years ago. Without being unkind there is some work that needs to be done on this ground. The ground has a capacity of 13,702 and is all-seater. The main stand covers around two thirds of one side of the pitch and is not unlike the old main stand at Plymouth. What is unusual though is that although the stand does not run the full length of the pitch the steelwork to support it does! This allegedly is the case because of when the stand was built there was a dispute with an owner of a house near the corner of the ground and the full stand never got built. Behind one goal there is a sort of 2 tier stand – separated by executive boxes - (the South stand) with a lower stand along the other side of the pitch. The other goal has a decent size stand behind that too. The ground is sited in the outskirts of the town and there are both houses and main roads nearby.
It looks like some work is taking place on the ground at the current time.
