A lovely old real football ground. I admit that I am biased for many reasons, not least that Brentford often won their games here! I came here towards the end of the 2002-3 season and indeed saw the game versus Exeter city , whom have now left the league. The friendliness of the spectators, stewards and everyone was amazing. No-one minded too much my 2 year old daughter running off behind the goal, whereas at many grounds this would have had me arrested and transported off to Guantanamo Bay. The ground itself shows signs of wear and tear. There are two old stands that run pitchside. One has always been a main stand whereas the other used to be terracing but is now a seated stand. Behind one goal there is open terracing and behind the other is a new all-seater stand that looks smart.
