Dimple Wells, Queens Terrace

This ground was literally once a load of old rubbish as the club acquired a rubbish tip in 1950! The ground sits next to the cricket club. The pitch is enclosed all round by some concrete walls. Behind the near goal as one enters the ground there is a small covered stand next to the clubhouse. Terracing runs alongside the pitch with a steep grey concrete wall behind. Along the opposite side there is a small main seater stand that might hold 75 seats at a guess. There is a covered stand behind the other goal which is a curious affair in that there seems thousands of metal poles presumably holding the whole thing together? Capacity is allegedly 3000.
